To all clubs in the Devon Cricket League
Annual ‘Distribution Meeting’ – Wednesday 22 April 2015
As previously advised to all clubs the annual ‘distribution meeting’ will be held at the Exeter Court Hotel on Wednesday 22 April 2015. It is crucial that every club attends this meeting to collect:
Its order of League branded match balls for the 2015 season.
Copies of the 2015 Devon Cricket League handbook
Previously ordered small items of equipment
Important ‘match’ and ‘club’ information
The League have no means of storing any of these items for collection after that date – therefore it is vital that someone from your club attends.
This year there will be no formal meeting held. However, members of the League Executive Management Team will be on hand to answer any queries that clubs may have.
The above items will be available to collect from the main Conference Suite at the Exeter Court Hotel from 4.30 pm until 7.30 pm on Wednesday 22 April.
