The West, now knew exactly what they had to do to win the division in their final game against the North. At Bideford Will Murray won the toss and batted. Openers Richard Garland and Charles Martin then proceeded to put on 124 for the first wicket in 23 overs. Martin was first out for another most mature innings scoring 69 off 72 balls in 86 minutes hitting 9 fours and a six. Murray and Garland put on 39 for the third wicket and Garland and Carroll featured in fifth wicket stand of 24. Garland was eighth out for an excellent 58 having held the innings together batting for 116 balls and at the crease for 165 minutes. Useful partnerships of 15 between Garland and Jamie Wood, 21 from Wood and Chris Lock and 24 for the last wicket from Lock and Ben Karkeek took the total up to 271. Lock was undefeated on 23 off only 16 balls. He struck 3 fours. Poyner took 4-62, Lake 1-31, Marsh 1-34. David Lewis 2-48 and Cassidy-Seed 1-39.

The North put up good resistance but was never up to the required rate of 5.42 an over but Lebarth, Cassidy-Seed, Poyner, Lake and Marsh all reached double figures in their reply of 107 in 36 overs. James Nicholls took 3-23, Charles Martin 2-34. James Burke, Danny Carroll and Jamie Wood all picked up a wicket in another outstanding bowling and fielding performance with Chris Lock behind the stumps orchestrating.
