Ivybridge scored a huge 140 against Plymouth and they were indebted to two retired 30s from A.Jeffery and T.Scholes and a contribution of 29 from extras, J. Barlow took 3-37. In response Plymouth finished on 66 with extras top scoring with 21 and M. Clarke the only batsman to reach double figures. Bovey Tracey now visit Ivybridge for a place in the semi-final. Through to play the winners are Paignton who had Chudleigh 28-8 but a great recovery led by J.Gray, who had to retire on 30, took the home side to 73-9. M.Gilmour took 4-10 and A.Fitton 3-8. Paignton lost seven wickets in scoring 76 again with Gilmour starring being undefeated on 27. Paignton now play Bovey Tracey.

In the final, at Totnes, Hetherleigh batted first and scored 95 with Forrester top scoring with 28 and Ions reaching 21. In reply Paignton were 14 runs short with Smith run out one short of the retirement score of 30. Hatherleigh only conceded 4 extras a rare achievement in this form of cricket.
