Welcome to the home page for the Devon John Stevens Under 11 Competition. Named for a leading youth administrator, former Secretary of the DSCA and ESCA Chairman on two occasions, the competition was first staged in 2002. It takes the form of a knockout between the leading under-11 teams from North, South, East and West Devon.
