Cornwood Dels v Cornwood Oaks

In this clash of the two Cornwood Under 11 sides at Oak Park the Dels batted first with young Mat Petherbridge top scoring with 7 closely followed by Hollie Grafton with 6 in a total of 233. The pick of the Cornwood Oaks’ bowling was Bradley Nicholls with 4 for 10 and Matthew Maller with 3 for 14.  In reply the Oaks found runs hard to find and lost wickets at regular intervals to finish on 212, the best of the Del's bowlers being Jacob Horgan with 4 for 16. Batters Tom Anning (13) & Bradley Nicholls (12) top scored for the Oaks.
