Plymouth C.S Under 15s v Ford Park

PCSCC U15s had Mohsin Alam to thank for their total of 181 for 5 in their 20 over league fixture against Ford Park CC. Mohsin opened the batting with Alex Carr (10) and batted all the way through to score 108* which was his maiden century in any form of competitive cricket. None of the other batsman contributed significantly and it was extras that were second top scorer with 45. Only Will Murray's bowling for Ford Park had respectable figures with 1 for 19 off his 4 over allocation. The rest all suffered as Mohsin hit the ball to all parts of the ground.

In reply Ford Park slumped to 39 for 3 against some tight bowling from the medium pace of the Sanders twins Dan and Chris and George Orton and the left arm spin of Dan Winsor. The Captain then ensured every player had a bowl and Ford Park took advantage with John Orme-Williams (53*) and Fraser Reed (32*) putting on 85 for the 4th wicket to finish on a respectable 124 for 3.
