2010 Natwest CricketForce registration now open

Registration for the 2010 Natwest CricketForce event is now open. ECB CricketForce 2010 will take place from 26th to 28th March, although clubs are welcome to run an own event on an alternative date should they prefer.

CricketForce is an England and Wales Cricket Board volunteering initiative aimed at rejuvenating the nation’s cricketing facilities. Projects in Devon last year varied from new sightscreens at Cornwood to a total spring clean at Exmouth that won organisor, Richard Butler, a national award! With enough volunteers involved to fill the Millennium Stadium it is the largest volunteer programme in British sport.

CricketForce encourages cricket supporters, their friends and families to give something back to their local community cricket club in any number of ways. Natwest CricketForce could mean a major or a minor project at your club ranging from a new clubhouse or scorebox to a spring clean or levelling of a car park. Support for your project can come in the form of material or financial donations from local companies, volunteer hours from local proffessionals or simply organisation and man hours from club members. National support and discounts are offered by companies who support Natwest CricketForce, details of these companies and discounts offered can be found at www.ecb.co.uk/natwestcricketforce.

Registering for NatWest CricketForce

To register your club you need to be an administrator of your club’s Play-Cricket site or hold the ‘CricketForce role’ in the site. The administrator of the club’s site can give you this role if you don’t have it; if you need to find out who your club’s Play-Cricket administrator is please email playcricket@ecb.co.uk.

Click on the highlighted link to register

Click on the link – XXXXX CC registration

Fill in all sections of the form and click on the finish button on the summary page
