JACK Tolley and Dan Bullock took four wickets each to set Stoke Gabriel on course for an eight-wicket win over holders Dartington & Totnes 1st XI in the Aaron Printers Cup.
Adam Huxtable (21), Matt Haw (16) and Scott Colgate (15) got D&T up to 56 for two without too many issues.
The side started when Bullock came on and promptly dismissed Andy Bligh.
Bullock took three in a row as D&T subsided to 62 for six.
Tolly picked off Josh Thomas and Noah Tobias then Bullock dispatched Neil Colgate to leave the cup holders wobbling on 70 for eight.
Scott Colgate was still there and with the help of the tail scraped up a total of 87 all out. It wasn’t enough.
Stoke openers Ben Robinson (30) and Ian Coulton (30no) made a 44-run dent in the target.
Coulton batted through with Shane Lewis and Seb Ansley to win the game with more than four overs to spare.
Glen Colgate took both Stoke wickets to fall.
