Sam Barrett took five for 20 as Kings were bundled out for 86 – Shaun Taylor making 25.
Simon Harris (35) was Pens’ main run scorer when they batted.
Plymstock could only draw with Sidmouth, who were chasing a target 245 to win pumped up by a Josh Hocken century.
No one made more than Harvey Sargent as Sidmouth slowed to 194 for seven in reply.
Abbotskerswell and South Devon fought out a high-scoring draw in a game which cojld have gone either way.

Brixham had Ottery St Mary holding on for a draw after Mike Barron (67) and Tom Hopper (40) helped post 207 for five.
A Dean made 51 for Ottery, who finished on 143 for eight.
