A late start due to wet conditions reduced the game to a 35 over contest with North winning the toss and electing to bowl.Stuart Wight set up a competitive total with an unbeaten 47 with useful contributions from J Telford(24) and quick fire hits from W Thompson(28) and B Green(18 n.o),East Devon finished on 156 for 5.North Devon’s pick of the bowlers was T Keighley who opened and came back later to finish with figures of 2 for 21.North Devon’s reply started badly with the loss of M Townsend and Sam Lathwell to tight bowling from Luke Crocker and from 2 for 2,156 was along way away.Wickets fell at regular intervals with only Alfie Huxtable(12) offering any resistence.Dan Pyle(2 for 5) removed the middle order and George Hoult(3 for 18) cleaned up the tail for North Devon to finish on 63 all out
