To compliment the ECBCA biannual National Coaches' Conference your Regional committee have resurrected the South West Coaches' Conference. "Inspiring Generations" (which is a direct result of your survey results), will be held on February 15th at Taunton School.
It promises to be great fun for all coaches of all levels and all abilities. There will be inspirational, Nationally recognised speakers dealing with different aspects of the game, batting, bowling, fielding and keeping; Simon Crampton, who is part of the ECB's Performance Psychology Team, seminar on "Body types and coaching" will be fascinating and could have a future influence on coaching practices. The day will also provide fantastic CPD and a great opportunity for coaches from across the South West to socialise and share ideas. Every generation of coach attending will leave feeling better equipped to inspire young and old in 2014. Hence "Inspiring Generations!"
