BARTON can clinch promotion back to the A Division at the fist attempt if they beat visiting Lewdown.
The Cricketfield Road side are 27 points clear of third-placed Chudleigh, so a winningh draw could be enough.
Skipper Adam Parker has been cautious all season, but with the target in sight he has let his guard down just a little.
“It will be a tough game, but we are one positive result away from achieving our aim at the start of the season,”

“I see it going right to the wire, especially with us having Chudleigh to play,” said skipper Mark Lake.
“Game at a time and we need to beat Tavvy first, then worry about Chudleigh away.
“I am still very confident of going up.”
Batter Hugh Romans is back in after withdrawing last week. Simon Gillespie is unavailable.
Chudleigh will be disappointed not to win at already relegated Dartington & Totnes.
“Obviously we will be looking to pick up the maximum amount of points possible, but are not going to take that for granted and are going to have to work hard to get them,” said captain Jon Martin.
“That will set up a promotion-deciding game next week versus Hatherleigh.”

Thoverton are out of the running after they went down heavily at Barton last Saturday.
Skipper Paul Fielder takes the team out against Barnstaple and Pilton looking to end the season on a high.
“I would like to go out and win our last couple of games and finish as high as possible as we can,’ said Fielder.
“Last week was disappointing again as the middle order has let us down too many times this season.
“We didn't bat out our overs and ultimately that lost us the game again,
“I will be saying to the lads to finish the season lets have some fun and play with a smile on our faces.”
