CLYST Hydon are doomed to relegation from the C Divison following a 122-run drubbing at Bideford.
Matt Allin took a ton of Hydon, which came off 132 balls and included 13 fours and two sixes, as Bideford racked up 264 for six.
There were stands of 74 with Mike Young (35), 52 with Josh King (34), 77 with Peter Stevens and 35 with Alex Crisp (25) before Paul Milner (2-52) got Allin out.
Clyst Hydon were all out for 142 in reply – and didn’t look like making that many having been 88 for eight.
Patrick Harris, who went in at number nine, clubbed 53 off 32 balls with eight fours and two sixes to stave off complete collapse.
The wickets were shared around for Bideford with Chris Luxton taking three for 41 and two each for King and Jack Hockin.

CLYST St George – at home to promotion-chasing Ipplepen this Saturday – had the best of the basement battle with Ashburton which enhanced their prospects of dodging the drop.
For St George are now 18 points clear of the drop zone, which is occupied by doomed Clyst Hydon and Ashburton (131pts).
Chris Ferro (84no) and Chris Cook (28) hoisted 77 for the third wicket as St George headed towards 207 for five,
Wickets were hard to come by, although Ashley Harvey did take two for 49.
Opener Tom Durman (58) and Chris Pascoe (34) got Ashes up to a promising 109 for three when Durman was dismissed by Cook (3-28).
Ashes 109 for three became 127 for seven as Cook and Steve Bourke (3-41) got stuck in.
Survival became the name of the game and at nine wickets down the ladder was pulled up by Dom Durman and Marcus West, who flat batted the final six overs for a draw at 158 for nine.

STOKE Gabriel stayed on course for promotion from the C Division by taking a winning draw off Ipplepen in the top-of-the-table clash at Moor Lane.
It was an interesting day at the top of the table, where all four contenders were playing among themselves.
While Stoke were shading it against Pens, who were 12 runs short of victory, Ivybridge and Chagford should have been playing.
However, the Ivybridge ground was waterlogged, which left the one-to-four at the top of the shop as Stoke (196pts), Ivybridge (189), Chagford (185) and Ipplepen (179).
As Stoke play bottom two Ashburton and Clyst Hydon in their final games, it is hard to see them missing out on a promotion slot.
Pens face lowly Clyst St George this Saturday and Chagford to finish. Ivybridge go to Clyst Hydon this Saturday and welcome Clyst St George on the last day, Chaford play Ottery this Saturday.
Stoke’s total of 170 for nine was anchored by Anthony Scott, whose 82 rescued them from an unimpressive 94 for six. Steve Tolley made 38 early on.
Steve Bowden (3-41), Keith Wakeham (3-65) and Paul Thomas (2-22) took the bowling plaudits for the Pens.
That man Scott (4-44) and youngster Angus Lee (3-19) then slowed Pens on the chase.
Dave Harris made 33 and Mo Hartmann 28, but 40 to win off the last six overs with four wickets left was too many and Pens closed on 159 for eight.

KINGSBRIDGE batted Ottery St Mary out of a game that predictably ended in a draw.
Skipper James Fletcher made a hefty 155 for Kingsbridge, and James Westlake (76) in a total of 330 for five.
Fletcher hit 15 fours and seven sixes during a 136-ball stay and put on 167 with Westlake for the first wicket.
Fletcher went from none to 50 in 75 balls, 50 to 100 in 31 more and reached 150 in just 27 balls.
Ottery’s bowling figures – a Zac Johns (2-94) and Rob Johns (2-80) were not for those of a nervous disposition!
Ottery openers Sam Tennant (40) and Dan Flower (43) got 87 up for the first wicket, but maintaining the asking rate was too much of an ask.
Jack Pritchard (35) had the only other score of note in Ottery’s 216 for eight.
Pick of the bowlers with four for 51 was spinner Bhanu DaSilva.
