SIDMOUTH face Bovey Tracey on their own ground this afternoon (1.00pm) in the Devon KO Cup final looking to secure part one of the double. Will Murray's men, who beat Plymouth on run rate in a rain-ruined final at Bovey Tracey last season, sit top of the Premier Division with one game to go.
Murray, as always, is confident in his team's ability to win any match - and with good reason! Three league titles and two Devon Cup triumphs since 2008 is a pretty good record.
However, Murray knows Bovey are well stocked with match winners, including former Fortfield favourite Neil Hancock, and it will take more than confidence to beat them.
'Bovey may have faded away a bit in the league over the past few weeks, but have been right up at the top of the table from the word go,' said Murray.
'You know what to expect from Bovey - they are always up for it - and have a strong, all-round team.
'If you include Hanks who was county captain last season, they have four Devon players. That's more than any other club in the county.
'Bovey are strong in their batting and have a good mix of bowling. It will be a tight game, but if we keep playing the way we have been we can beat Bovey.'
Bovey captain Peter Bradley said his respect for Sidmouth could be taken for granted, but respect shouldn't be mistaken for fear.
'We have a good bowling attack for 40-over cricket, but need to keep it tight and bowl to our field against a side as strong as Sidmouth.
'Everyone in the side knows what their role is and what is expected of them. It is important they stick to it.
'Not many sides win at Sidmouth, but we are massively motivated to beat them at their place in a final. Playing there has made us even more determined to win.'
Sidmouth make just one change to the side which faced Heathcoat in the rain yesterday.
Keeper-batter Peter Randerson is not available so Rob Powell steps up to don the gloves.
Bovey have named 12 for the day, adding highly-rated Sam Wyatt-Haines to the XI who had a fruitless afternoon against North Devon yesterday.
Wyatt-Haines has been piling up runs and taking wickets for Devon U17s this season, which has not gone un-noticed in the wider cricketing community.
He's not a bad fielder either, which is a useful skill in 40 over cricket.
Sidmouth's parking problems are well known so, with a large crowd expected, a park and ride scheme has been laid on.
Park up at the East Devon District Council offices on the main road into town and a shuttle will be available from 11.30am-12.45pm, and again for an hour after the match ends.
