Two tons for Dumplings' batsmen
DEVON Dumplings secured their fifth win of the season, and maintained their unbeaten record, by crushing Fantasians by 72 runs in a 40-over game at Hatherleigh.
   The Dumplings amassed 312 for no wickets in their 40 overs with Hatherleigh’s Rob Chapman (128no) and Exeter’s Adam Fradgley (101no) dominating the bowling.
   Chapman and Fradgley retired with the score in the 240s to give others a bat.
   Fanatasians made a solid start but were always struggling with the asking rate.
   The Dumplings’ bowling was undistinguished but Jack Cherrington took two for 32 and Andy Collier 2 for 25 as the Fantasians totalled 240 for six.
