England star Knight at Plymstock youth festival
PLYMSTOCK are repeating their hugely successful youth cricket tournament and have a special guest to hand out the prizes.
Last year’s U9s’ Kwk Cricket tournament went so well it has been expanded to include U13s as well.
The day will start at 10am and run right through to 6pm.
Teams from Plymstock, Cornwood, Ivybridge, Yealmpton and Plympton are taking part, so up 100 children will be playing cricket.
England Ladies Cricket star Heather Knight will be returning to her old club to present the prizes and be around all day to meet the players.
Heather is planning to bring the Ashes Trophy with her as well!
