SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6
THE McKinley White Twenty20 Cup is now in its third season following two successful competitions.
This year the finals day will be held at the County Ground, Exeter on Sunday, July 18. If the previous two finals days are anything to go by it will be a great occasion.
Following Devon star Neil Hancock's pyrotechnic batting in 2008, and Alphington's dramatic underdog victory over Sidmouth last year, may be a hard task for the clubs involved.
This year the cup has attracted 11 clubs from the Exeter and East Devon area and the draw has now been released.
The first round sees Clyst St George entertain near neighbours Countess Wear, Kenn will travel to Topsham St James and Axminster will host local rivals Seaton.
Shobrooke Park were given a bye and enter in the second round, where they will play current holders Alphington.
Exmouth will host the winners of the Clyst/Countess Wear game, Exeter will entertain Topsham or Kenn and Devon League champions Sidmouth will host Axminster or Seaton.
