We are very grateful to so many loyal members for their continued support, and hope that others might consider joining the club in 2014. All can be assured of a warm welcome, and we can guarantee cricket of a high standard, played positively and in good spirit on attractive grounds around the county. Devon, like other Minor Counties, is committed to giving opportunities to young players, and has a proud record of helping to develop cricketers some of whom go on to make a career at First Class level.

As in the past, there will be at least two home games in the KO Trophy – at North Devon and Sidmouth – and three matches in the Championship at Exeter, Exmouth and Sidmouth. In addition the Devon Lions will play a total of eight matches against county second XI or strong MCC university opposition. The home venues for these include Paignton, Bovey Tracey and Plymouth. There is also a special Devon vs Old Devon match being held at Tavistock this year.
